We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing graphic and digital design projects, collaborating with internal teams including creatives, project managers, the Creative Director, and development teams. Your ability to balance user needs with business objectives will be key to creating seamless, visually impactful design solutions.
What you will do
- Lead the design and production of high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, marketing materials, and more.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop and refine design concepts that align with business goals and brand strategy.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through execution, ensuring design work meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Contribute to the development of design systems, including templates, typography, and other visual guidelines.
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and providing strategic solutions.
- Stay current on design trends, industry standards, and new technologies to continually improve the creative process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help elevate their skills and contributions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in both digital and print design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with the ability to create polished, high-end visual designs.
- A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to apply these to a variety of design projects.
- Experience working on web and mobile design projects (UI/UX knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present design solutions clearly.
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong aesthetic sense with the ability to adapt to different brand identities and client needs.
- Age 20 to 35 years
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
